Everyone has been so great to work with. I honestly look forward to going to the dentist, and I have crappy teeth! Dr Bateman, Kate, and Kaitlyn are not only great at their dental work, but they are exceptional people. The girls in the front office are friendly and efficient, they always have me checked in before I even walk thru the door. Kelly is amazing when discussing the billing portion, which isn’t easy but she does it with kindness and grace. And Dr.Bateman was very patient with me when I would ask questions, or when he would tell me what he was doing. I felt safe and taken care of. My first visit when I spoke to the insurance billing lady she was just straight to the point and just kinda seemed like maybe she heard to many dumb questions that day lol but I didn’t hold it against her since we all need patient's sometimes . But I was shocked when I left I got a phone call from her saying her staff felt she was a little abrasive and she wanted to apologize if I felt not heard. I’ve never had an experience like that and very much respect that.. that took courage and put her ego aside.its I little pricey for this place I do admit.. but form my experience it’s been really nice. The receptionists are kind over the phone and in person. I’ve gone in to early for my appointment and they would fit me in and when I was on time I still only waited a couple of minutes. I do feel like when I had the cleaning done it was a little quick but I just thought I just took that good care of my teeth lol maybe I’m wrong but who knows. They go the extra mile and even text patients after their procedure to check on them. Once I let the staff know how scared I was they were so wonderful. No judgment. By the time the procedure was to happen, I knew what was going on. I was told everything to expect to happen. The dentist also forgave me when I accidently bit him. I can't believe I am saying this, but I will go back to these guy's and gals. All of the doctors and staff are professional and kind. I typically work with Dr. Bateman, and when I have billing questions I contact Kelly in the front office. They are both AMAZING and actually listen to my concerns/questions. The only criticism that I have is that their staff seems to change a lot more than your typical dentist office. I have had assistants, hygienists, and a dentist that I really liked that are no longer there, and when I have asked which office they transferred to, Mountain View Dental staff don’t provide that information. Point being, don’t get to caught up on having your favorites. The staff is beyond friendly, their scheduling process is quick and simple, they've accepted every insurance I've ever had, they've sat down to discuss every cost with me before selecting any of my plans, and their facility is gorgeous. He (and his staff) always do a quality job and are awesome to work with! Brandie on the billing side is so nice and explains everything well and has always helped me to get the best pricing possible. Recently I had a chipped tooth, and it just so happened that Dr Craven was not in that day, so I had it fixed by Dr Frost. He did a great job at matching the color and on the finish work! For some reason the fix broke loose a few days before my cleaning and checkup appointment. So on the day I came in to have my checkup and cleaning I wanted to get this fixed but Dr Frost wasn’t available, so I set an appointment to come back so he could fix it (he was so nice and said there would be no charge 👏). As I was leaving the office, Dr Craven stopped me as I was walking and said that he would do it right then!! He took time out of his busy schedule and fixed it himself! Always so friendly! :) It definitely makes going to the dentist easier. 😁Posted on GoogleBrett W11 September 2019So it was my first time visiting Mountain View Dental, and to be honest I havent been to the dentist in a long time, but I have been taking good care of my teeth I brush like I am supposed to and floss regularly, but due to unnecessary circumstances I suffered a chipped tooth and there was no pain thank goodness but then a couple of months went by and boom the other half of my chipped tooth snaped again and it was time to get over my fear and get my tooth fixed, I feared the worse, root canal, extraction of tooth, and it was stressing me out, but then when my friend Tyson Byington, recommended Mountain View Dental they took me in and made me feel really at peace and so comfortable, and thank goodness again the best scenario came out on top they repaired my tooth put in a temp crown, new crown comes in October 1st whoo hoo, Thank You Cassie Bateman and Dr. Ryan Bateman you guys were awesome and you took really good care of me I am so thankful and relieved, now I have even a more reason to smile thank you, I would so recommend anyone who needs great dental care to go there cause you will get over your fear like I did.Posted on GoogleDanielle K31 July 2019They were so fast and extremely friendly!! We are in the process of having "WaterLase" fillings done for my four year old son and I can not express how incredible this technique and machine is. After being told we would have to take the complete anesthesia route, I was so relieved to discover this method. There have been no shots, no numbing, no anesthesia necessary! My kiddo is perfectly comfortable and I get to sit right next to him the entire time. Dr Jolley was very patient with me and did an outstanding job. I will even go back next week for an exam and cleaning. Which for me to do, is unheard of, if no pain to get resolved. The price I paid out of pocket for the ER visit and two cavities filled, was less than I thought, so very happy with that part too. We have lived in a number of places and experienced a number of different dental offices. Ok so we got the bill only one insurance took care of it. We call you the dentist and you all said there is only one on file insurance that was mine let me say I was there with my son heard what you all told me and him. I felt you all made me out to be a lier when we talked saying well idk who helped you or said that. Like for real if he only had one insurance we would have payed because we knew how much with one insurance would be but again we updated info when we got there with another. You all gotta get on the same page . Now I gotta go threw all this hassle with insurance and see what my insurance can do even thou you all ran it with them and see if they can get ahold if other insurance smh.
