Teeth bleaching, or teeth whitening, has become very popular in Ogden and Pleasant View as more and more dentists offer it as a service and as the industry produced machines that make teeth bleaching safer.
Mountain View Dental has state of the art teeth bleaching machines near you so you get the best service at the best price.
But why would you want to get your teeth bleached? A great smile can make all the difference in a person’s life. A great smile can make a lasting impression on those you interact with including work peers, friends, and family.
The more you smile the more you can have a positive impact.
But…
You won’t want to smile as much if you don’t feel confident about your smile.
Getting your teeth bleaching will help your smile shine and sparkle for all to appreciate.
In fact, smiling can even help you get promoted. Smiling can help you come across as more confident, sociable, and attractive. All attributes that can help you impress bosses and get a promotion.
Now you might be wondering if teeth bleaching, or teeth whitening is safe.
Here are some facts that you should know about teeth whitening.
  1. Any abuse of your teeth from rough brushing to a poor diet can cause damage. If done correctly, professional teeth whitening is very safe. Teeth whitening opens up pores in teeth and lifts stains. Your teeth will naturally rehydrate and remineralize after a professional teeth whitening session.
  2. Your teeth are more porous than you might think. They absorb colored substances such as coffee and soda like a sponge. Dark colored substances over time will stain your teeth and darken them. This is where professional teeth whitening can come into play. Teeth whitening will absorb into your teeth’s pores and replaces stains making them clean and healthy once again.
  3. The way in which teeth are cleaned and by which device, can have an impact on how well your teeth are cleaned. Teeth whitening gels are mostly all the same, but the device used to apply them can vary. A high-quality whitening tray that is fitted specifically for you will do the best job.
  4. One side effect of teeth whitening is sensitive teeth. This is normal and goes away after a few days. Teeth get dehydrated and their ability to insulate changing temperature is reduced. There are treatments you can take to rehydrate your teeth.
Mountain View Dental makes sure you understand the process and most importantly, feel comfortable while getting your teeth whitened. Give us a call or visit our teeth bleaching page to learn more.

Pleasant View is an amazing place to live and raise a family. If you live here, then I probably don’t have to tell you. Being one of the safest and most prosperous cities in Utah, Pleasant View has been a great place for students, families, and businesses of all kinds including dentistry. Dentists have had a place in Pleasant View for a long time and for good reason. As the city continues to grow, the need for oral care has increased. That’s why we exist. To serve the North Ogden and Pleasant View communities. Cosmetic dentistry has quite literally brightened up the community with new smiles and people feeling great about their smiles. A cosmetic dental procedure can really change the way a person feels about themselves. Though we believe that esthetic dentistry should never exceed the overall oral and general health of a patient.

Cosmetic Dentistry Example
